Biography:

John Walker, also known as U.S. Agent, debuted in Captain America #323 (November 1986). Initially introduced as Super-Patriot, Walker was a decorated soldier chosen to replace Steve Rogers as Captain America after Rogers resigned in protest of government oversight.

Endowed with enhanced strength and agility through experimental processes, Walker embraced a more aggressive and nationalistic interpretation of Captain America's role. His methods were often brutal and controversial, leading to public disapproval and internal conflict.

Eventually, Rogers returned to the mantle of Captain America, and Walker adopted the identity of U.S. Agent. As U.S. Agent, he continued to serve the government, often undertaking missions that required a less ethical and more forceful approach. He has been associated with various teams, including Force Works, and remains a complex character grappling with his past actions and his place in the superhero community.
